The worst Front desk experience EVER!!! We called front desk because all of the kids channels on TV are not working. Here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: - Hotel looks nice and clean - Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable - Good size room and has a desk and a mini fridge - Pool area looks nice and the size is actually bigger than most of the big brand hotels (Very Nice) - Check IN/Out are easy and quick - Every thing looks almost new and have free parking - The buffet inside the Casino are VERY GOOD!!! Fair price and VERY GOOD FOOD Cons: - Front Desk, Oh my GOD !!! what is wrong with them? We call front desk 3 times for the same issue and we left the hotel before they fix it. We usually pick a Hilton brand but this time we just want to try something else so we picked this hotel.
